Market Weather explains the stock, crypto and bond markets in plain words, like a weather forecast. It is information, not advice. By using the site, the Telegram bot, the email or an agent connected to us, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

Everything here (the forecast, the readings, Nimbus's answers, alerts and anything an agent gets from us) is general information about markets. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and it doesn't consider your situation. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a financial planner. Decisions you make are yours. If you need advice, talk to a licensed professional.

The data can be wrong or late

Our figures come from public and licensed market data and official releases. Feeds can be delayed, revised or simply wrong, and some prices are from the last close. Parts of the forecast and Nimbus's answers are written by AI models from that data; they are checked against the numbers, but they can still misread something. We provide the service as is, without any promise that it is accurate, complete or available at any moment.

Your account

You can use the forecast without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your login. You must be 18 or older to subscribe to a paid plan.

Plans and payment

Free stays free. Paid plans (Pro and Advanced) are billed monthly in advance by our payment processor, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to Free. Switching plans is prorated. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it. If we change a price, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Agents and the API

You can connect your own AI agent or use an API key within your plan's daily limits. Don't resell or republish our data in bulk, don't try to get around the limits, and don't use the service to break the law or harm anyone. We may suspend keys or accounts that do.

Messages

We send the forecast, recaps and alerts you choose, and nothing else. Stop them any time: send /stop to the Telegram bot, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Our work

The site, the forecast format, the writing and the design are ours. You can share a link, a screenshot or a quote with credit to Market Weather; please don't copy the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any trading or investment loss, or for indirect or consequential losses, from using or relying on the service. Our total liability for anything else is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site or in your messages before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
