What we keep, and what we don't

We collect as little as we need to send you a forecast, and we never sell your data. This page says what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
- Your forecast choices: the names, sections, alerts and plan you pick.
- How to reach you: your email address, or your Telegram username and chat, depending on how you subscribe.
- Your account, if you make one: your email, your name if you give one, and your password stored as a salted hash we can't read.
- What you ask Nimbus: the question, so we can answer it and keep answers fast for the next person who asks the same thing.
- Usage counts: how many agent calls and answers your account used each day, for your plan's limits.
- Billing: if you pay, our payment processor holds your card; we keep only your plan, its status and renewal date.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no selling or renting your data. Visits to the site are counted as anonymous tallies (a page was seen, a button was tapped, where the visit came from) with no ID attached to you. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you logged in.
Who helps us run it
Our hosting and database provider runs the service. Our payment processor handles cards. Telegram delivers bot messages, and an email provider delivers email. AI model providers process the market data and your question when Nimbus writes an answer; they get the question, not your email or account. Each only gets what it needs for its part.
How long we keep it
Your choices and contact stay while you're subscribed. Questions to Nimbus and anonymous tallies are kept for up to a year. When you stop or delete your account, we delete your contact details and choices within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
Your choices
Change what you get any time in Settings. Stop messages with /stop in Telegram or the unsubscribe link in email. To see or delete everything we hold about you, message the bot (below) and we'll do it within 30 days.
Children
Market Weather isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and tell you before it matters.
